"We are now four weeks from a decompression of the proximal tibial nerve in the calf on both legs, actually. We did a decompression of the common peroneal nerve at the fibular head on the outside of the knee.
Tell us what your symptoms were like before surgery and why we did this.
 
It was unbearable to get up in the mornings to go to work. I couldn’t walk. It was very painful to stand any period of time. All of my extracurricular activities had ceased since this pain.
