This patient is 6 weeks from a decompression of the common digital nerve (Morton's neuroma) in the 2nd and 3rd web space as well as a resection of a real neuroma of the sural nerve in the leg. The Morton's neuromas caused pain in the ball of the foot with weight bearing. The Sural nerve neuroma caused pain at the injury site in the back of the leg with burning in the outside of her ankle. She has had 70% relief of pain 6 weeks after surgery. We expect her to continue to improve.
