This diabetic patient is 10 weeks postop from decompression of the proximal tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve. She was diagnosed with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and was told by others that there was nothing that could be done. We diagnosed her with nerve compressions on top of he diabetes and offered decompression. She now has a ticklish foot and can move her toes better 10 weeks after surgery.
